SINNO ACM foaming agent is a new improve foaming agent, which can be used to replace normal high-temp foaming agent ADC.It is produced by modified and special treated ADC. ACM can be mainly used in molding foaming of EVA, PE, especially recycled EVA or PE materials. ACM can also be used in foamed PE, PVC, PS by extruding or injecting.
Features
SINNO ACM is a widely used foaming agent. The powder is homogeneous, refining, and the surface is processed, so that it should be dispersed easily. ACM has excellent stability. Though changing the content of DCP and ZnO, ACM could apply to different sharp of foamed ware, the processing conditions are easy to control. And the powder has a good particle size distribution and dispersion which means a good adaptability to molding foaming process.
Usage
Compare to normal AC foaming agent, ZnO content reduce 50%，DCP content reduce 10%。
Packing and Storage
Powder is packaged with paper plastic composite bag or carton every 25kg.
ACM has good storage security in ordinary conditions, but should be kept away from the hot steam pipe, fire, avoid direct sunlight, and no contact with acids and alkali.
