This series of AC foaming agent has small and narrow
particle size on average, and make for uniform and exquisite foam holes.
Ultrafine
forming agent enjoys good dispersibility and compatibility among various rubber
materials.
Application
Widely used in
many foaming process and atmospheric pressure foaming process, including
extrusion, mould pressing and injection,
of various high-demanded plastic and
rubber, such as PE, PS, PP, EVA, PVC and other materials.
It is particularly
suitable for freedom foaming process of PVC/NBR system.
